The Rules
Sign-Ups
First, you must post in this thread to sign up for the game. Sign-ups continue until Tuesday, November the 18th (That is a week from the creation of this thread. If you do not make the date, do not complain to me.) There are some requirements of signing up, however.
You must be able to be online to post every 24 hours. This means people on vacation or going to be on vacation in a few days may not sign up. Seriously guys. This has become a constant problem. If you join this than you are fully aware that you have to stay dedicated. Otherwise you're wasting your time and everyone else's who is actually participating.
You must be able to follow all the rules and not complain about any part of it. If you have a dispute with another player, do it in this thread, keep it out of whatever thread you were killed in.
Don't be stupid.
How The Game Will Be Run
After sign-ups close, I will randomly arrange the participants into a circle of life and private message each person who their target is. I will not release this until the game comes to an end, so no one will know who is targeting them until it's too late. You may only assassinate your target, you cannot assassinate random players of the game. After you have been assassinated, you are eliminated from the game and you may not assassinate or receive targets anymore. After you assassinate your target, you will be assigned their target to assassinate.
The Act of Assassination
The general goal of the players is to be the last man standing. To do this, you must strive to stay alive and eliminate opposition at the same time. This is how that will work.
When you see a post made by your target in any section except the bat cave, check the time it was posted and the time it is now, located at the bottom of the page. If it has passed 30 minutes, the player is now unable to be killed and the post is to be ignored. However, if 30 minutes have not passed, you may assassinate the player. To assassinate, make a post quoting the person's post in the same thread and use this image:
You may only assassinate someone once every 6 hours. Don't want everyone multikilling each other all at once.
Kamikaze Kills
5 or less minutes after you have been killed, you can take the bastard with you by quoting his assassination with this:
Once there are only two people left in the game, a Kamikaze kill is forbidden. Otherwise appointing a winner is nearly impossible.
THE POST CONTAINING THIS IMAGE IS THE ONLY OFF-TOPIC POST CONCERNING THIS GAME TO BE MADE IN THAT THREAD, UNLESS ANOTHER ASSASSINATION HAS BEEN MADE IN THE SAME THREAD. Don't derail the thread, take any quarreling in here. After the assassination, copy the entire message and post it in this thread. I will cross off the victim in the list of players and in my circle of life. Do not attempt to delete your post to avoid being assassinated. If you are caught cheating you will be forbidden from playing in any future rounds. No one likes cheaters and moderators can see deleted posts anyways.
Miscellaneous
To keep the flow of the game going, every player must post at least once every 24 hours. I can't keep up with every player so if you notice that your target has not posted within 24 hours, notify me and I will eliminate them. As well, any two players caught arguing outside this thread will be eliminated. And please, make sure to watch the time. I'll check the time the posts were made as best as I can but I would rather not see a bunch of failed assassination posts scattered across the forums.
ATTENTION: Forum game-threads are the only safe threads. In these threads you can't be assassinated. However, you MUST post outside these threads once every 24 hours or you will be disqualified. This thread is a forum-game thread too, in case you're wondering.
ROUND 3 NEW RULE: Last round it was discovered that posts from members in the Stick Empires section of the forum do not appear throughout the rest of the forum. Thus, posts within that section cannot be assassinated NOR do they count as your 24-hour rule saver.

11/18 12:00 AM: Beneath the dark shadows of Stickpage, the third installment of the Assassination Game had begun. Envelopes were slipped under doors and windows, targets had been reported, and the game had begun. How would the city of Stickpage be rocked this time? Who will cause the greatest bloodbath? But most importantly, who will win the game?
11/18 3:59 PM: The Battle Zone. A place filled with violence so often, no one would even blink at the site of someone being assassinated. Calixer was here, watching and observing. Particularly, WWhiteSShadow overpowering Darkly21 in a forfeited match. Calixer yelled from the sidelines, some jargain about his comments of the battle. As he bellowed his words, Veir appeared next to him. "Not much of a match," he spoke. "Naw not really, Darkly21 barely put up anything," Calixer responded. "Well then, let's see if you can do better," Veir muttered. Without time to think, Calixer felt a sharp pain grow in his right side. He looked down to see a knife seeping into his side. He reached for the detonator in his pocket, but Veir grabbed his wrist, "Not today, buddy." The life faded from Calixer's eyes as the knife dug deeper. He fell limp into Veir's arms. Veir felt the shape of the bomb perching from under Calixer's clothing. He was prepared, but wasn't able to make it in time. Veir began dragging Calixer's corpse, looking for a notable place for the body to be seen by others, so that people knew of his target's death. A gun cocking revealed itself to the back of Veir's temple, however. Darknesspawn gripped the gun confidently, "I was debating whether or not I should just leave you be out here," he informed, "But I figured the earlier I get you the better." Veir smiled, "You figured wrong." Veir gripped Calixer's detonator, out of the view of Darknesspawn, and pressed the button. The explosion sent a vibration out to the nearby battlers, who all paused for a moment before returning to their fights. WWhiteSShadow blinked, watching the whole thing unfold.
11/19 5:16 AM: Police broke in through the apartment door, responding to a phone call saying they heard a gunshot. As the officers turned the corner into the office, they spotted Sweeto's lifeless body limping in a chair. The gun had fallen to the ground and the puddle of blood soaked beneath him. It's hard to fathom the reality of you're in until it's too late.
11/19 5:27 AM: devi creeped in through the window. Within his basement, Caelo wondered about the writing works. Beneath his head lay a paper on a desk, lit only by a single desk-light. This was as perfect a time as any. When his target felt most comfortable and focused. devi knew that in a residential area a gun would be a horrible idea. So he went with the old-fashioned wire-around-the-throat method. devi pulled both ends of the wire, stretching it thin only inches away from Caelo as he worked. "You know I won't let it be that easy, right?" Caelo spoke without turning his head. devi froze. He hesitated for a moment, then grew in anger with the fact that he has been spotted. devi lunged forward and yanked the wire around Caelo's throat. As he strangled, devi looked down at the paper. Written large and not uniform to the previous written words were "Durka durka muhammed jihad!" devi's eyes widened. Caelo's basement was lit up in flames as the bomb detonated.
