So I recently had a rough outing with someone I felt close to. For a while there it was extremely difficult for me to overcome a lot of the emotions I was feeling. But I'm one who comes to terms with things easier than most, and I've at least convinced myself that I've been moving on. However, this past week a really strange thing has been happening to me. Said person has vividly appeared in my dreams. I can't for the life of me remember what they were doing or why they were there. When I wake up the only thing I remember is that they were, and immediately I'm in a sour mood. Eventually as the day goes on I brighten up, but I definitely hate this occurrence of starting off my day low.

I know there are a lot of methods people say to alter up your dreams. But specifically in my case, what should I do to get a more positive start in my mornings and get rid of these negative dreams?

think of something intently before going to sleep, like of space. it usually appears afterwards in your dreams.

Fervently watch something funny and/or exhilarating before going to bed. The more you think about NOT wanting to wake up thinking about this person, the more it will end up happening.

Or wistfully think about it for a few days. I recall dreaming about searching for something for three nights in a row.

Let it be, probably after a few days or so you'll probably forget about all your dreams. And also maybe trying to sort things out with this person.

As if on cue last night I had a dream but someone else ended up being at the center of it. Interesting.

Sacred, this could mean that you are secretly the nexus of the dream worlds. Your destiny is larger than you anticipated. You are the dreaming, the everlasting, the fragment of the universe that scatters itself across the mind of all who sleep. You are the black void that envelops mortal men when they close their eyes, you are the flock of sheep that jump over fences while young children count them in bed.

Sacred, you are the one.

Atleast you're not time travelling in your dream.

Just try sticking in your earphones and press that shuffle button, it usually works for me.

I don't understand. Where did this idea come from?

Maybe you dont need an uplifter, but an eraser.

I want you to do something so mundane and simple. Like chopping wood or some shit that requires activity (so meditation doesnt count) for 1000 times. Everyday. For 2 weeks. Your mind will empty of anything guaranteed
