I was wondering how you do the box square things? I always wondered how you do them. I tried to look up how you do them but I couldn't quite figure or find it out.

they're called tables. the option doesn't show up in quick reply, but when you click "Go advanced" it's the far left icon on the bottom row, right below the Bold icon.
