Have you ever attempted any full body art? Drawing other characters as stick figures is just hindering yourself, since you do seem to have the potential to do much better.

So, a bit of CnC:

Your main problems seem to be in the hands and certain parts of the form of characters. The hand thing is most noticeable in the Trixie stick art, where here back hand looks horribly off balanced. Aside from being extremely long, her pinky finger is about the same length as her index finger, making the whole hand seem even more unnatural overall. In the Opal stick art, the head is the main concern. Because of the way her head is positioned, having both ears show up is just... wrong. It looks like you're destroying her face, because one ear is all the way at the top of the head whilst the other is at the bottom of the head. Remove the top ear and you're closer to golden, though the shadows from the gradient are still a bit iffy imo.

Moving on, the actual balance of the figures' bodies seem to be off, as in their proportions are off. The second Luna stick art with the scythe is the biggest offender. Looking at her legs, they bend at different positions, making one seem much too short. The best way to deal with this is to measure out how long one leg is, and find a "bending point" (basically, your knee), then measure out both parts. This then becomes your basis for the second leg, allowing them to look equal, even when foreshortened (by having your bending point, you can determine at which part you should actually bend the foreshortened leg to help it look foreshortened and not just shorter overall).

Lastly, I agree with Charry, in that you should look into trying full body art, as your do have a good deal of potential judging from some of your detailing work.

Drawing StickFigures and bad anime will only get you so far I hope you know.

Don't get me wrong, some of them were pretty good, your best is definitely This.

It seems like you have some sort of warped basic idea or how things work, in terms of AHNEEMAY atleast. It'd do you some good to use these resources.

: Books by Andrew Loomis, these are a great starting point, Fun with a pencil is the one you would usually start with.
