Before starting I'm gonna say a couple things:
BoomerangReturns will be my co-host. If I'm not feeling well on a given day or just don't feel like posting then BoomerangReturns has agreed to help me run this. If he posts then it should be considered the same as if I posted.

Jesus you guys wanted this RP really bad lol. I'm making it a lot sooner than I planned to just because of the overwhelming amount of pleas I received.
Asking me every hour since Fraysa ended when the next RP will be up.. YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE.

Also I will say I expect all players to enjoy themselves but to take it seriously. This means if a post disregards game rules then I have the right to ignore that post.

Story:
It has been a time of darkness battling the light. Demons and devils have joined forces with evil mages and other monsters of the night to bring about the downfall of man, but we have endured. The angels have descended from the heavens above to fight with us, beat back the darkness into the dark corners of the world. At the head of our fight stands the archangel Rae-Ala, our shining champion. She was winning us this war, but now she has gone missing. The darkness has overtaken us once again and without Rae-Ala, I fear the worst.

Enemies:
The darkness has grown, hatching an evil covenant of monsters. These are some of the enemies you will see in the land of Lorial.

Zombies:
Zombies come in two main different forms: Stitches and Walkers. Stitches are zombies that were crafted or pieced together using a twisted combination of science and magic. They're usually stronger and smarter than the average zombie and can be extremely hard to kill. Walkers are the average undead. They live purely from magical means and spend all their time searching for humans to eat. They're dumb, slow, weak, and pretty easily defeated. The problem with walkers is their sheer numbers. Every time a walker kills someone they come back to life as another walker.
- Stitches are created by a stitcher
- Walkers are summoned by a necromancer

Werewolves:
Werewolves are all basically the same. Human in the daytime and monstrous at night. Humans have no control over themselves when they transform and thus cannot control the need to hunt other humans. If someone survives a werewolf bite then they too will eventually become a werewolf. Werewolves are very fast, very strong, and very hard to kill. Silver seems to help against the creatures, making it easier to put them down in a timely manner without too many casualties.

Vampires:
Vampires are extremely intelligent and manipulative. They can hide the fact that they are vampires rather easily and pretend to be human. There are two kinds of vampires in Lorial: Savages and Nobles. As their name implies Savages are brute monsters. They use the feral strength and speed that they have gained in their new life to hunt and kill anything they wish. Nobles live in comfort, using their manipulative powers to gain wealth and power in some of the cities of Lorial. They too are strong and quick but prefer to take a more subtle approach to eating. Nobles have farms of humans, where they raise new humans to drain them of their blood.
- Nobles will generally ignore a non-interesting human.
- Savages will attack anything that gets near them, including other monsters.

Demons:
The most cunning and vicious monsters on all of Lorial. Demons are extremely strong and extremely quick with a ruthless intelligence and knowledge of dark magic. They are to be feared at all costs.

Devils:
Also known as imps. Devils are mischievous little creatures that use mostly fire in their attacks. They like to toy with people and play pranks on them. They are extremely quick and will cause harm or even death to humans in order to get a good laugh. They're professional arsonists and love setting traps.

Cultists:
Humans who have turned to demon worship. They do a demon's bidding, no matter what it is. They also summon demons and devils.

Spirits:
The ghosts of the fallen. These geists are not always evil and will sometimes even try to help the player. However the evil ones seem to be immune to everything except magic.

Necromancers:
Humans with vast magical powers in the dark arts. Also known as ghoulcallers. They summon legions of undead to battle for them.

Stitchers:
Humans with limited magical powers but advanced technological accomplishments. They craft hordes of stitches to battle for them.

Horrors:
There are some monsters in the darkness that no one knows about. Creatures that dwell in the oceans, mountains, and deep forests that no man has lived to talk about. Legends of these creatures might spark rumors in taverns but no truth is known. Beware these dark edges of civilization.

The Rundown:
The archangel Rae-Ala has gone missing. The leader of human civilization, Lucas Talimus, has come to each and every one of you asking you to join a search party to go out and find her. Angels and humans are locked in war with zombies, werewolves, vampires, demons, devils, and other monsters of the night. Should you fail then mankind will no doubt fall.
The players will be carried by carriage to the center of the continent, where they can begin to decide where they want to go from there.

Cities and Information:
There are 5 cities in the land of Lorial.

1. Aunorgard
Aunorgard is the capital of Lorial. Here is the center of the human army as well as the church of Rae-Ala. The headpriest of Rae-Ala and the leader of human civilization, Lucas Talimus, lives here. Zombies attack the small outer farms and a seemingly endless war between humans and undead rages around this area.

2. Worborrow
Worborrow was founded within the Havenlor woods. At the time the woods were a rather peaceful place full of game. Now they are infested with monsters. Worborrow itself is currently suffering from a werewolf infestation.

3. Ravenholt
A city founded in the mountains, Ravenholt was once a place of nobility. Now it belongs to the Ravencroft family of vampires. They are nobility and are on generally peaceful terms with humans.

4. Falarog
The northern-most city in all of Lorial. Falarog is a small city in the shadow of the Rangescape mountains. The last report from the area had claimed to see a horde of savage vampires camping nearby. The lack of communication since supports the idea that the city has fallen to the monsters.

5. Taranborge
The port of Lorial. Taranborge is a bustling place full of many different peoples and races. It is here that the Lauramore vampires have made their home. They own many human farms and are quite the most militaristic of the vampires. However they will also defend their humans from other creatures. No human has died from anything other than vampire fangs in Taranborge since the darkness overtook the land.

Remember, this is a fantasy RP. No super technology or anything like that please. Magic is of course allowed.

RULES! YAY!:
Any action in your posts should not include the outcome of your action, unless it is very simple and non-combat related. For example:
"I jumped to my ally and cut the monster's head off!" should instead be "I jumped to my ally and attempted to cut the monster's head off!"
But "I said picked up the jar and sat it back down" would be fine since it's not combat related.

Don't make actions for other players without their consent. Don't try and make yourself the main star of the story, it's not just about you.

Don't be an asshat. Asshattish actions will be considered rule breaking and I will warn you before hand. If you continue your asshattish ways then you will be removed and your character will be brutally murdered.

Notes:
I don't plan on this being nearly as long as my last RP. All of this is heavily inspired by a card game called Magic The Gathering. I hope this can be as fun as everyone expects it to be.

Abilities: What makes Jessica special are her ears, she can hear the fall of a leaf that touched the ground from meters of distance since she's blind (just like bats) she uses the echolocation to know where everything is, as long as something does a sound she'll know where it is exactly. Jessica has a sort of super strenght, only due to her training since she was little. She would easily lift a car without breaking a swear. She also has a huge durability on combat is really hard for her to get tired even after hours and hours of combat.


Powers: The real power relies on her sword, enchanted by a magician, it will only work with the members of Jessica's family. Her sword can basically absobs any physical/magic attack and return the power in a slash of enery with the double of damage taken, however she'll only be able to absorb the powers that her body can stand, If the power absorbed is too powerful Jessice will receive the double of damage, which is extremely dangerous for her body.

Weapons/Equipment: She wears armor just like in the picture above, under the armor there are just casual clothes. She always carries her sword with her.[/spoiler]

Appearance: Borislav is a dark-skinned fellow with wavy, dark brown hair, green eyes, and an average, but tall body figure. Wearing mostly leather clothing decorated in brown and black feathers; leather boots, vest, pants, and gloves. He wears a large wicker hat, a wool-made poncho with the symbol of Worborrow stitched on it, and iron shoulderpads with black feathers along the edges.

Slight Backstory: A resident of Worborrow before it was invaded by a horde of lycanthropes. He learned how to communicate with birds at a young age, and developed that talent to become more of a means of getting him around in life; monitoring the village, stealing minor items like pencils, paper, food, spying, and more. At the age of 12, he learned the ability to enlarge his flock into giant aviaries. Of course people were shocked and disturbed by Borislav's gift, but later accept it over time. At age 23, Borislav, along with other Worborrow citizens, was chased out of their homes when werewolves came to terrorize the land. Now with nowhere to go, he promises to take Worborrow back from the creatures of the night.

Personality: Borislav is a generous man with a fascination for the wilderness. His fondness for birds has grown to a significant degree that if anyone isn't hesitant to hurt one, he will strike. Formerly a loner in the beginning, but wouldn't turn away from having a formidable ally on his side. Borislav hates werewolves with a passion; one has killed his younger sibling when he was 15, and since Worborrow is now infested with these creatures, he vowed to slay them all. He doesn't know what to feel about other lycanthropes (wererats, werebears, etc.). He's patient and stable, but doesn't like those who are impetuous in a scenario or fight; he calls them toads for a certain reason.

Abilities: Borislav isn't the greatest at hand-to-hand combat, but he can plan out strategies on flanking the enemy via birds. Despite his tall stature, he can run at an amazing speed without tiring for miles. His stamina is so high, it's hard for him to pass out from grueling exercise. An expert with birds, he can tell right away if the bird is alarmed, angry, or otherwise. He can either take this as a precursor for anything dangerous, or a sign of good fortune.

Powers: Avian Manipulation, meaning he's able to control and influence birds of any size. He can understa

He can also magnify specific species of birds to gigantic sizes for either transportation or as a threat towards anyone, however that power can only affect 5 birds each and won't be able to do it again for another hour.

Weapon/Equipment: Borislav is equipped with a carved wooden staff and a silver pike for combat and hiking purposes. He carries a leather canteen on him along with a sack with various items. Within the burlap sack are a week's supply of food, currencies, flint and tinder, healing herbs, small blades, and matches. On the sack are two unlit torches in case if venturing in caves or someplace dark.

Personality: Eno is moderate tempered, capable of maintaining his composure from a life time of prejudice due to his heritage. Calm and collected he prefers a friendly conversation while enjoying quality tea over combat, but spending decades on the run or surviving assassination attempts has made him capable and confident in his combat prowess. Above all else Eno values freedom and goodness, which is something he will stoically defend with his light bow "The Vanquisher".

Abilities/Powers: Eno and his holy bow "The Vanquisher" are inseparable, normally it appears to just be a white bracer he needs only think and it reveals its true form. The Vanquisher does not fire mortal arrows, so Eno doesn't bother carrying any. It fires the power of the stars from within Eno, which purify with the light and burn with the fire of the stars. Eno can also swiftly glide across the ground, reflecting his Holy lineage. He can see in complete darkness. Physically he's fit, but his only super natural physical traits so far seems to be his dexterity and perception. But Eno is not yet fully aware of this bows potential or his potential, as the ability to glide is a new development. He doesn't seem to just be enhanced by holy lineage, but also to be an avatar of light.

Equipment: Same as in the picture, as a wanderer for years he prefers to travel light.

Name: Lissette… that’s it.
Appearance: Standing at around 5’10 Liss has bright white hair with several black markings around her body. She wears a lot of natural clothing made from several animal hides. Lissette doesn’t have just… one appearance, however her human appearance is quite petite, yet tall, she has bright green eyes and about 4 sharp teeth two on both sides of her incisors. She also has several necklaces of teeth of several carnivore animals and a lovely pair of horns. (They are hers!) She is also assumed to be 22 years old. Her horns depict the amount of magic she contains not how old she is. The more intricate the horns the more magic the villager has.

Slight Backstory: Lissette was born in a small village maybe a population of 30 people. Raised by her mother and father she seemed like an ordinary child, until they told her about her powers. Their people are born with white hair however she was born with green eyes instead of red. Their hair also changes eventually into black once their full potential kicks in. Her parents were just a simple family. Raising their only child to survive, however the village was considered dangerous only because of the magic they used. Liss does not speak the language of the other people, so she usually grumbles things to herself and gathers information quickly. Growing to become the priestess of her village, and now has to resolve this… zombie… issue… She is only helping because of the vermin zombies and is a little unsettled about how the angels look down upon her and her taboo art.
Personality: Liss is very outgoing and giggly. She is actually ticklish and tends to smile a lot. She looks intimidating but is actually very nice. She seems air headed and is easily underestimated until she is provoked. Her people are told to respect others and be sure not to use their magic unless provoked by someone. After then Liss is angered very easily and gets irritated fast. She usually just smiles and nods since she has literally no idea what anyone is saying.
Abilities: Voodoo Priestess she’s just… a normal woman, however her abilities depend on the animal she chooses to change into.
Powers: A shapeshifter and an amateur of the dark arts. She has the ability to summon animals to aid her in her quest if need be. (Murder of crows up to a large cat. The bigger the animal the longer it takes to summon them.) She has the ability to curse certain things and target victims to cause temporary blindness, deafness, or even for a spirit to ‘ground’ the spirit.
Weapons/Equipment: Depending on which animal form she takes is what her ‘weapons’ are. The equipment she has is several little vials strapped around her waist with enchatements and healing spells however they are only temporary relief (painkillers!) Oh, and if you count her horns.

Appearance: 7 ft tall, Otael is a deformed man with a disgustingly misshapen body. His muscles protrude in a most unnatural fashion making him only resemble a very large man. He has multiple protrusions of muscle and skin lining his body, looking like large round bumps. His face is the worst, most hideous part of him with his jaw line being curved downwards, his nose being crooked, and his forehead overlapping his left eye. For decency reasons he wears a sack cloth over his head with only a single hole revealing his left eye, the other eye hole and mouth hole have been sewn up. He wears a Barbarian chest plate with a large right shoulder pad and a brown, skirt-like loincloth. His body is wrapped loosely in rusty chains and scars, and he wears nothing on his feet or hands. His muscles also pressurize certain organs, most notably his lungs. This causes it to be hard for him to talk normally.

Slight Backstory:
[SPOILER=]Otael was born in the high mountains near Ravenholt, and lived a fairly normal life up until he passed the age to 12. His body had started to mutate into sickening proportions, as if brought on by a birth defect. While his looks only garnered minor insults at first, as years went by he became more of a monster and was soon treated as one. With many people keeping their distance or yelling jeers towards him, he did not know what to do. He refused to fight back because that would only give people more of a reason to attack him, and his silence only gave birth to more violence. Seemingly bright days were ruined for him because one man wished to “protect” his children and started to beat Otael with whatever was within arm’s reach. It was after this became a common occurrence that the nobles took pity and sent him to jail for his own safety. After growing tired of the mistreatment and false-security he broke out of prison and lived in the wild, vowing to live a peaceful life.[/SPOILER]

Personality: Very gentle, due to not wanting much conflict. He constantly tries to show affection towards normal humans with gift giving and generosity, yet he is very accustomed to being pushed away. He talks very little and in broken sentences as to not hurt himself.

Abilities: His intense muscle mass and height allow him to be ridiculously durable. He can take serious blows and can act as a sort wall against a powerful force such as a wildebeest.
Powers: His abnormally large fists and feet are very good at knocking people around. While he may not do the most damage, he can certainly keep violent attackers away.

Weapons/Equipment: Besides some armor protecting his chest and shoulders he carries nothing. Using most predominantly his fists, and if worse comes to worse he will use the chains that wrap his appendages.

Misc: 5’10”

Appearance: He has long silver hair, having to brush it out of his eyes and tuck it behind his ears on occasion. He has violet eyes. On his ears are two simple golden sphere earrings. He wears a tough leather long-sleeved jerkin and pants, the leather jerkin and pants are interwoven with threads of steel. The robes are beautiful works of green that shimmers like sunlight coming in through the leaves of a tree, it is interwoven with threads of spider silk and silver. He also has a black wizard hat, the brim short and if tilted down would cover his nose.

Equipment: He possesses a metal staff, on one end is a red metal wing, a ruby crystal at its base, coiled in red metal. The other end has a sky blue metal wing, a sapphire crystal at its base, coiled in sky blue metal. The staff itself is red metal on one half and sky blue metal on the other half. His earrings are actually flash bangs, he can pull the golden spheres out and detonate them by chucking them on the ground, then he’d have to replace them later. He also possesses an enchanted buckler, it is a wooden circle with a metal band around it, as well as a metal plate in the middle. The plate has the reflective enchantment that rebounds mild magical projectiles. The rest of the buckler is buffed as to not be effected by magically enchanted weapons that can pierce defense, but magic stronger than his own can penetrate the ward. Then finally a final buff of enhanced durability is added. The two buffs are carved into the back of the shield, while the other is carved into the back of the metal disc that was then welded into the buckler.

Abilities: Trained by militia, he’s moderately strong and fast, and knows how to effectively wield his magical spear and shield. His brother also taught him how to use his shield effectively.

Power: He has the power to manipulate mana like all magicians, but he isn’t very good with long range projectile moves, rather dealing waves and augmenting his weapon. The two elements he can use are fire and ice, and depending on the side of the staff he’s using depends on the element of the blast wave he uses. He can do a full short range blast around him, or shoot a wave of the element with the swing of his staff, this is also relatively short range. He can augment his weapon by extending its reach by adding on a blade made of the respective element, creating a twirler. He can increase the reach on one side by taking out the enchantment on the other side, creating a spear. The wings themselves aren’t sharp enough to slash anything, so they need the buff.

Name: Gabriel Van-Damme

Appearance: Standing 6 foot 3, Gabriel is large and incredibly muscular from years of experience and fighting in the war. Atop his head is a mop of jet black hair that goes down past his ears.

Slight Backstory: Gabriel was a Commander in the wars against evil when his battalion simply crumpled around him. The forces of darkness were too great and his men were slain, in a situation where retreat was impossible. Soon it was only him left, mortally wounded, and 200 zombies that still slowly approached from all directions.
It was at that moment when the skies parted and a holy light flooded above Gabriel, and the love and the power of an Angel descended upon him and touched the wounded man's brow. Holy magic flooded into the defeated Commander, and two words that contained more glory and beauty than the stars themselves whispered into his ear: "Heal, Gabriel."
And then Gabriel could heal himself and others with god-given speed. And while it was him against two hundred monsters who could deal very little damage alone... he slew them all. He slew them as he cried and screamed the names of his fallen brothers and his golden armor shone around him like an avenging angel. It was only until that they were all dead that he realized his mission was a success... but the days of being a Commander were over.

Personality: Despite his intimidating stature, Gabriel is one of the kindest men you'll ever meet. But his days in the military have given him an unbreakable will, and steel in his voice.


Abilities: Gabriel can call upon divine strength to heal those around him. While he can heal himself in the middle of combat, he cannot heal his allies unless they're fairly safe. Healing others is a long process and is much slower than healing himself. (30 seconds at least, but it can extend to hours for fatal wounds)


Powers: His strength is not supernatural, but Gabriel is incredibly strong.


Weapons/Equipment: Gabriel's weapon, Justice, is slightly unorthodox. His sword is not a long thin blade like most swords, but instead it resembles a massive smashing weapon. It stands almost as tall as he is, and is very wide and blessed by the angels to be unbreakable. It cannot be picked up by those who don't have a pure heart, and weighs over a hundred pounds all by itself. It's designed to be used as a shield as well as a sharp bashing weapon, and Gabriel uses it accordingly.

We don't have a rogue yet.

We have a few characters who could be diplomatic depending on the situation.

Ok. I'll be a rogue type guy
