Probably. Isn't it 3 strikes you're out, though? I mean, it looks like he's trying to draw people into arguments/guilt trip them, which is pretty sad overall.

He has.... really bad rage problems. I don't wanna go full out of him either, I still think he can change with some advice xD.

Well, this isn't really "raging" yet. It's just all caps. I'd say he's raging when bad words starts getting out.
