I have now been banned for 23 hours without warning or explaination. After a match with a guy who's name starts with an L..i suspected he cheated but istill need to look at the replay and figure out if V's can really spawn in the 10's after i kill 10....but to the point i said his name when I got back to chat..
I said- Lafein...
or some name like that.. i only said his name and a few periods..its my way of showing sadness after a match when someone is cheating..

I then try to type a few seconds after that after speaking in private chat to realize i have been banned for 23 hours

No warning or explanation...for a 23 hour ban...

Saying somebodies name is not a ban able action...if so i quit this game. I do believe it has something to do with my last post in the "exposed moderators" forum (the long one about nobility and hostility) as i posted it 10 or so minutes before the ban because all i did was say a name...what other reason would someone have it out for me? my previous thread... These screenshots show the one and only thing i typed into chat today. and then the abrupt message of 23 hour ban... and a scroll down prt scr all the way down to the two moderators to show that nothing was said in between so no claims of such can be made this time.....

I am not saying that they are the only one's online and responsible. But this is what i have.

Perhaps your name is on their blacklisted names? However, I do agree that mentioning only a name in chat that isn't in anyway offensive - is no grounds for a ban.

Very strange. Our spreadsheet says that you were only warned, not banned; which means someone has banned you without putting a reason down or noting the ban, or that someone deleted the reason given for your ban on the sheet (which would be really weird).

On a different note, are you absolutely sure you posted nothing before the first screenshot?

cmon man moderators arn't dull..just some are ego maniacs with great power. I WAS NOT banned because i said a name....what is blacklisted? Ban on sight? if you mean blacklisted as in..get this a hole that is fighting us in the forums...maybe...not sure but i highly doubt it was because i said a persons name...especially 10 minutes after i wrote a long post with a bombshell of simplicity...most likely because they Saw my name and said ...hey...lets ban this chump...now..i digress on that..but i don't doubt my forum activity wasn't a bit of a motivator.. And of course i'm not saying all moderators are evil. I can't prove it... either they randomly banned me...or they didn't like me saying a name...or they are heated over the forum bust..or they accidently banned me...but...nobody was breaking any rules in the chatroom so...maybe they meant to randomly ban a different person and accidently banned me xD... i'm being a bit humorous now..but these are the only conclusions i see. and i doubt from hell and back it was because i said someone's name.

absolutely sure man! there's gotta be some sort of chat log someone could Ctrl F for my name...you'd see i never said anything since night before last. Doesn't seem weird to me... Dragon's harassed me twice since...

Okay, is your ban still running right now?
Given our spreadsheet says you've only received a warning and the ban appears without a warning or explanation I'm willing to unban you early, but to do that I need to be able to see your account. The only way I can think to do that will be to add you, send a match request and use the replay to view your profile, given that I can't use your posts in the chat to view your profile.

Please add me in-game and if you see me online send me a pm so I can sort this out, though with timezones I might not actually be able to unban you in time for the ban to expire. Edit: Code removed as the ban has now expired before I was able to help :/
