Well I always supposed that flare got in the way of his other eye and it turns off when he actually fights considering I didn't see a flare when the fighting off your set to vs u fight happened so kinda ya.

Actually on the battle i just didn't have time to put faces everywhere. And even if his eye is on, he only makes it flare if he wants to look awesome. The eye on the menu without the crazy flares looks more accurate to what it looks like normally. Sometimes he can make little holograms around his eye and all around him for a computer. But actually, in my next battle there's gonna be a lot more faces and an actual background and angles and stuff. Going all out on this. And of course it'll have an actual ending.

I thought we all understood this was fact. There is no freaking way that man would have an eye flare 24/7. He would have to put an eyepatch on the mf or somethin
