Not necessarily. Really it means "youd better turn something in by this date or someone will probably take your spot and you wont be able to do anything about it." Of course if no one takes a spot than someone can come in and pick up the pieces. I made a due date because several people wanted in at once and I wanted all of them to have a fair chance.

I'm 14 (Now) and he's 18... He hits really hard and the foam is no regular soft arse foam.
