I would be happy to give some good and helpful C&C, but I'm just starting to get annoyed with people (Not just you Jeff, don't feel bad) who still need to get the concept of animating, posting outside the begginers section.The begginers section is there for a reason, so people who need to get a good start on animating a chance to grow before they post out of the begginers section, and get flammed.

Also, I'm with leo. Practice does make perfect.
Your animations are fairly chopy, which just means you need to get the concept of frame by frame and easing down. Frame by frame means that you need to examine each frame and make sure that it is a fluid motion and that it alines. And easing is when something gradualy gains speed, then reaches max, then slowly slows down.
Work on those concepts, don't try to do anything special. Just some simple ball and movement tests.
