I beleive he's asking "how to know what rank you are" and i'd have to see one of your animations to determine that.

Ranks do nothing but demoralize people, don't mess with them. Just animate to your best potential and know you've done our best. You don't need ranks in order to get good or to know you're good.

Also; there is no set rank that everyone uses, every one has different opinions generally based on their particular skill level.

im a med-high rookie, lol. put up an animation and ask for someone to rank it.
generalized it's, Beginner, Rookie, Intermediate, and Advanced. BUT, it don't matter, as long as you get the basics down and use your creativity ^-^

Ranks are for nubs, if you want a rank go to Dark Demon, leave us alone. The only people I know who give ranks are the 'best' animatios here, and that power-fuse0, ghostface, zombpiv, and some other people, and thats just in pivot. EZtoons, no one gives ranks really. Flash...well I don't know.

I don't even use ranks anymore, in fact I don't animate ANYMORE!

Even though no one uses ranks anymore, all of you got them wrong. Especially rawgreen. Rookie? What the hell?

Why did they replace elite with advanced? Elite sounds much cooler. Idiotic rank-noobz!

Ranks mean nothing imo. There's no official scale to judge people's animations so a rank could mean one thing to one person and something else to another.
