Well its a start. the animation is stiff. And the stride the stickman takes when walking is too big. Also the animation is really shaky. And foot-placement is way off. The animation is ok I guess. I mean you seem you are getting the hang of it.

one more thing. The character needs more force with his legs when he jumps down.

Ease a bit more on the fall. Don't make a foot move forward from the onionskin. That way it looks more realistic. And try to make walking steps with the legs closer together. It looks kinda weird when his normal walking stride if so far apart. But this is a good start. I deleted my first animation from my computer cause it sucked so much so lol.

I think if it's a running kick movement, there needs to be buildup of energy in the way he moves his core(mid torso) in order to the kick as well as a shift of momentum when the kick actually happens. In other words, his body doesn't match the way the leg itself comes out for the kick.

Try imitating the kick exactly the way it you see it animated. It will feel unnatural to you if you do. Then do an actual running kick and maybe you'll see what I mean by energy buildup and momentum shift in your body and see the difference.

Those moves don't really make any sense together and there's not a whole lot of easing in your movements. One thing to especially payattention to when you're doing things is that positions of the arms, they usually correlate with the movement, but here you just kinds have them flopping and swinging around

The kick shouldn't have stayed in the air for so long. I like how you add momentum to your movements, as simple as they may be that's still a good principle to learn early on.

You should also up your Frame Rate. A higher frame rate doesn't equal a better animation but it still helps to speed things up so they don't look like slide shows.
Keep it up and post more, you'll improve tons.
