Since Pokemon seems to be a big thing again with the release of ORAS, I'd like to introduce you all to Pokemon Showdown.. It's a pokemon battle simulator where you can enter a pokemon team of any pokemon you want (As long as they're not overpowered. For future reference, pretty much everyone plays in the "OU" tier of power), and battle them against other players.
Here, we can arrange fights against each other as well as discuss strategy, give each other tips to improve our teams and our play in general, and anything else Pokemon Showdown-related.
I can list everyone who plays below so that we can challenge each other too.
-Devour
-Jutsu
-Praetorian
-Mizu
-Veir
-Caelo
-Settan

I've played Pokemon Showdown a lot. However, I use teams that other people made and that's the problem, I can't make my own team in competitive battling. If I made one,my team would most likely fall apart in the first few battles I get into and I have a hard time figuring out what's wrong with the team. I would like to play with you guys, seeing that I can learn from your discussions and battles.
So anyways, I'll join you guys.

I'm terrible at making my own teams too. But what I'm trying to do is making it better like this:
1. Battle it out with people with your team, no matter how badly you do, until you can recognize a few things that usually happen that cause you to lose. Like "Oh man, if only I had this or that I would have won."
2. Make improvements.
3. Rinse and repeat. After enough times, you should have a hella solid team.
This website is also great for finding weaknesses in your team: http://sweepercalc.com/rmt/

I've had 2 teams in this. A pretty successful balanced out team based on the "baton-pass" ability.
And a team of 6 dragonites because IT'S FUCKING DRAGONITE BITCH.

Well, Im having lots of great matches against Jutsu. I might not be able to beat him very often, but the results are showing very well in matches against randoms. It's good stuff.
