Well, I'm not that good at giving advice. But I'm sure someone will give you a big helpful wall of writing to increase your knowledge on animation. I'm just going to tell you a few things that I noticed straight up and general things that can be improved.

You should make your limbs longer. It looks like your stick figure is a short fat man, unless that's what you're going for, you should fix it. Mainly because if your limbs are longer it will make it easier for the viewer to see what is happening because everything wont be so bunched up. That's just how I like it, but it could help you improve.

Add some more frames. Your animating is what we in this community call "choppy". It's when the animating isn't very smooth and kind of skips along movement-to-movement. Adding more frames will make it smoother, but only in the right places where you're trying to make the stick figure move slower. Less frames will make your animation move faster.

Make the frame rate faster. It looks like you're animating at 12 fps. This makes the animation slow and a bit boring. Most people animate at 24 (which is twice as many frames per second), but this is entirely up to you.

Don't skip or rush your animation. I noticed that you got lazing and decided to just skip to the pose, you would be better off if you just spent the time to animate it. You would improve from it and you would feel better for finishing off the animation in my opinion. :)

I'm not going to push too much on you because it's your first animation and everyone's first animation, whether they admit it or not, was bad. Just keep practicing and look up some tutorials. Tutorials are a VERY good way to learn, the people that know what they're doing will show you how to animate and so on.

Anyway hope this helped.
