Ive decided to focus on 2d for a while guys. so my school is out (THANK U SANTA!) and heres an anim that i conjured up. I know its not perfect but at least i tried. CNC please

The run could be better and if you eased him up into a walk it would look nicer than a slide lol.
The blast could be cooler :3

I like it the animation is eased pretty well, just work on your stiffness and it will be better

Pardon my questioning, but could you please indicate to me which parts were stiff lol?
Is all of the anim stiff lol?

All of it is stiff
none of the movemts feel like something moving, it looks like things being moved
the run needs more frames, since it's both too fast and it doesn't show any of the actually essential frames of a run, which are actually the frames inbetween the main frames that bring the whole thing together. Also, the way he just suddenly comes to a halt upright is super awkward, even if you did add that slide at the end. Keep in mind that when you do things, your entire body moves even if only slightly, so there really should never be a moment when someone has momentum while being and remaining completely still

Stop being lazy. The run was stiff, try and keep the Orange Dot centered and to keep a constant spacing. Try and limit a stride to 4-3 frames. And the way the run ended and skids was just horrible. He wasn't going fast enough to generate a skid and he wouldn't have stood still during it.

Equally as stiff as everything else
Also his general position doesn't make sense for throwing, or doing anything really

He should have throw it over hand into the guy.
Also The way I would do it is by making him look as if he was on the ground then arch forward as he throws.
If you can kinda tell what I mean...Cuz ya know... Hes in the air and...Stuff.
