I have a few questions about using the marrowkai, like when it's best to get one and what are the best targets to reaper and so forth.

Late game or when going crawler upgrades mid/late game.
Getting two marrowkai allows you to deny a giant any control for as long as you can keep the Marrowkai safe.

Reaper outranges a V, so if you ever see one you can reap it and it immediately becomes useless.

It's good for mass hurting merics and albows. Unless you're going for crawler builds though it's not really a useful spell.

I find it can be a good way to force archers to fall back, but that's hardly worth getting the Marrow for all by itself.

Who are you talking to? If you are talking to Skele he said that you can use it to limit archers mobility but using the marrow just for that isnt worth it.

Unless I am missing out on a post here?

The funniest part is, you can undo a control spell of a V by using Reaper on it, which makes it even more useful.

Man I remember when Ele came out and everyone was crying about V and Infernos' Dragon being op. Lol

Stopping weak units and any late game push.

If you are making one last push into his base to seal the deal then kill all his miners with hell fists. Kill some archers along the way too. Ele has weak basic units you can do some serious damage to them too.
