What is the armor stat of the tree thingy from the Elemental Empire (compared to other tanky/defense based units)?

I've watched a video recently of 15 ninjas using Shinobi II against a tree and it hardly brought the tree's health down halfway.

(Sorry if this thread seems out of place, but I couldn't find a Q&A forum.)

It takes about 5 shinobis to take out a Tree. A bit tankier than a spear in that regard.

It's one of those videos by GodofStrategy (a YouTuber)/PersianEmpire (IGN), where he uses an Elemental tree-based army against an Order Empire opponent who uses a ninja-mass to bypass the Elemental army (in the end, the ninjas JUST almost destroy the statue; they only needed 0.25 more seconds). Reason it only brought the tree's health down halfway is because the tree was protected by the cycloid's spell. Otherwise the tree would've died.
