Hai, So I know that the v-cam symbol is supposed to be the same size as the canvas.
When I tried to change the the sizes the camera went all pooey. I changed the canvas size from 600x400 to 800x400, and I went into the v-cam symbol and clicked the match stage size and align with stage buttons and it was all lined up and perfect.
I always check and see if my v-cams are working properly by drawing a grid and moving the v-cam around to make sure it lines up to where its supposed to be.
But when I ran the animation it showed things that weren't in the v-cams range and it went off the canvas. Does anyone know how to fix with this problem so if it comes up again ill know what to do?

You've got a pretty crummy Vcam. All you should have to do is use the align tools to center it and make it the sign of the stage. Also make sure the registration for the Vcam is centered. You could have messed something up in the AS that would have caused it to register somewhere else. the only reason there is a border in a Vcam is to show the animator the borders of the camera. I don't think the image it'self inside the camera has anything to do with it.

Omg thank you so much, it seem so simple after you explained it. I shall never make that mistake again
