It's not the swiss style that upset me. It's how I first had to play otaku, who left, then daz, kaito, and ofe. Makes sense.

Whatever, not gonna gripe about it. I think I will work harder for the next time.

That's swiss.

Winners play winners, losers play losers. Entropy is obviously larger with smaller values for starting rounds.

Swiss is the best way and fairest way to do tournaments if you want a knock out event

Swiss isn't a knockout tournament.

Theoretically RR is a fair way of matching everyone up since you play everyone, but in practice this is very rare in larger tournaments (unless pools) due to:

> time restrictions
> "hypeness" - spectator wise it's non-exciting especially if the tourney is decided halfway through.
> on that, mundane matches

Swiss is 3 rounds. RR would be 5/6 rounds for this tourney. We also went overtime anyway.
