View Profile I think the major problem you have is that your moves are stiff and not very life like. The only thing I can suggest is study videos of different movements and also try to envision how you yourself would do that move as opposed to how you'd make a figure do that move

View Profile Consider not doing stuff in double-framing or at a low frame rate (I use 18 as my frame rate,) instead why not just make inbetweens of the movements?

Are you mainly talking about the idle stance or my animations as a whole? In the idle stance all of the segments were only being moved 1 or 2 pixels at a time, so I think it would have been hard to make inbetweens. If you have some sort of method for stuff like that, though, I would really appreciate hearing it.

Idle stance. And if you only moved them 1 or 2 pixle,s I tihnk you have a low framerate mate.

View Profile use 18FPS and don't double/triple frame ever. Don't even double-frame for slowmotion.
