After a little experiment tried by one of the most subscribed italian youtubers (about creating a channel from nothing (not saying it's completely original, only that this is from where I started)), let's say I became quite curious...

If you have to create a youtube channel that must get on the top spot of the most subscribed ones (yep, the first one spot):

-What kind of channel would you make
-What kind of behaviour would you show to people
-How would you organize it

1. Something where I can express my opinions on subjects in a humorous way while being able to stay away from bullshit 'political' topics
2. Funny, Energetic, Slightly Cynical
3. No fucking jump cuts. Me and You(Camera) minimal distractions. Short, but full of material. Also mix things up with live action 'films' or whatever I please to keep things interesting.

Also the key to being #1 is making an international change in your location. (just ask GameTheory about PewDiePie) So I'd have to move out of the US, Canada looks pretty good.

Food challenges, food tests, various food related experiments. All that shit is on the wave right now, even fitness related channel owners with 50k subs manage to get 400K views when they upload a "20000 calories cheat meal" video

-What kind of channel would you make :
I made a channel of gaming and animation stickman series (i have 650 sub now :D)

-What kind of behaviour would you show to people :
I want to be funny for them i want them to laugh into my gameplay and i want them to smile when they watch my videos :)

-How would you organize it :
i just didn't post any video for now because school....
but when i finish this last years i will make more videos and more animations (i want to create a big series stickman and maybe be famous with it)
For my gameplays when i will reach the 1000 subs i will do fun gameplays with other people in different game and make them have a chance to be popular!
each weeks i will took randomly take 5 person and play with them in a fun video! :)

-A channel with random stuff and minecraft
-Funny and Critic everything.
-I will make videos whenever I feel like doing videos.

tbh minecraft gets you subscribers at the begining... later I will leave it and continue with randon stuff...

Yes, I know it's hyun who did those but still.

- Movie/Video Game reviews, animations
- Being myself, although getting a "catchphrase" might be challenging.
- Just upload whenever I feel like it. Videos must be straight to the point, and interesting enough to get the attention of my subscribers.

Something which would have technical lectures and also some funny videos which would entertain as well as a motivational also.

Just me and my daily life. People would eat that shit up.

-I would make a new wacky Minecraft Happy Wheels Five Nights at Freddy's gaming channel.
-I would act like a rabid child, freak out over every minor thing and make silly faces. And I course, have big bold text follow my every word because that's apparently funny.
-I would shield myself from criticism by disabling the comments on my videos, act an utter shithead in discussions regarding myself, and just flat out admit my viewers are dollar signs. Oh, and I'd also create my own projects, and have mysterious sudden halts and problems that don't affect anything else as soon as I had everyone's money.
