I'm just curious can i use Original Soundtrack from one of the games or movies for the project. I'm just afraid if i use it, i'll get an abuse of copyright.

If you're not making money off the project then use what you like; no one will mind. If you are planning on getting paid for your work then it's best to search for royalty-free music. In either case, mention it in the credits.
