do i need to animate ONLY on flash, or can i make with other animating programs (like pivot, GraphicsGale, Eztoon...) ?

because i wanna start an RHG, but i'm not sure about the animating program .-.

You can animate something with Flash or Pivot. But i think for begginer, it's good to use Pivot

Some people prefer to learn basics through starting with pivot, judging it's more simple for a begginer to use. BUT, You can use any program you want. THERE IZ NO LIMITS. We even have a few people who use this 3D animation system thing >.>
