It may just be me, but her shoulders seem really packed in.

1.) Shoulder length's too short. Make it a bit longer.

2.) Those are a lot of blushies. Tone them down.

Personal Note: I feel as though the shading/lighting is all over the place. Other than the hair, I can't really pinpoint a light source. Good job on this.

I told you to watch your shading. The face and neck are especially different from that of the hair and torso.

Facial proportions are also sort of off, unless that was your goal.

Fuck these haters, I like your style <3 My only complaint is the light stroke on her upper lip. It just seems sort of off to me.
It does look like her neck is behind her shoulders rather than between them, if that makes sense.

Her shoulders are really packed in and disproportionate, her neck seems really undefined and the clavicle looks too close together/out of perspective.
