It isn't free, but you can get 30 day free trial. And for the record, it's not shockwave flash lol. Shockwave allows you to play certain games on the internet. What you need is Adobe Flash Professional

Well it's more like after Macromedia 8 Adobe bought the Flash program from them .
Though I use Pivot so Correct me if i'm wrong:p

I saw this and thought "that can't be legal" so I had a look. All you get for $27.90 is a textbook explaining how to use flash. That may well be a good investment - I haven't read the book so I can't comment - but if you pay money hoping for the software you're going to be disappointed.
