I've decided to make this thread since a few peeps been asking who I'm battling. It's DrBreadgun.

You can check out our gladiators below if you're not currently aware of who they are and their abilities.

New Jehu

J.U.D.G.E.M.E.N.T, The Wrath of The Eyes

Progress: About 40 seconds in.
Estimated Length: 2 minutes at least
Estimated Time Required: Unknown. Film School is a higher priority than animating right now...
Elements of Action: Mostly 2D action, with a few occurences of cinematic camera moves.
Frame rate: 24fps
Featuring: New Jehu, J.U.D.G.E.M.E.N.T, and 2 other gladiators.

God, this is really happening! I saw the second screenshot on Dojo, but I wish I saw the first one too :O . You should know, you're setting the expectations unimaginably high now bro, good luck!

I know. He said he couldn't contact you though and you weren't replying to his messages On SP or on Dojo.

All I know is, I was lined up for a battle after his one with you. I asked him though how things were going and he said, you didn't get back to him, then he told me our battle would become official and I could start my animation.

So yeah, sorry bro, you should've kept in contact with him.

But talk to him in private if you want to sort stuff out.

This is my standard, when I'm not doing joints, Speedbattles or random practices. This will be the standard of any animation where I'm portraying New Jehu seriously.

Please do because I watched your stuff like that joint one, read the story of your character but I still feel like I dont know him at all.

I added a new characterization demo link recently, go look again, but basically he's like a missionary, and a warrior too. Spiritually motivated to battle in the RHG scene.

That's the best way I can sum it up for you.

I never got any of his messages at all theres nothing on my visiter profile,skype, or private messages. I dont know how he tried to contact me and also i dont have a dojo...yet..lol,

Edit: also i did not know he had a new skype again he never messaged me

Sorry, my bad, I assumed you had a dojo account. But nevertheless.

The 3rd screenie is simply an adjustment that I did to the angle/perspective of the 2nd screenie, making it easier to create an environment that I can animate for New Jehu to fly around in.

Lel, not even bro. I'm far from it. I'm probably like a mega-average intermediate. If I could compare myself to anyone it would be Rafah. I feel like he and I are at the same level. I'd say Naval Mode too, but that might be pushing it a bit.

If you don't know who any of these animators are then you still have a lot to learn.

and this is for both @EclairCat and @Setto. Listen! Stop limiting yourself.

I have some animations on youtube that are absolutely terrible from years ago (When I was at TJ's current age, which I honestly think is 9-11yrs old, my animations were so much worse than what he produces. I improved, but extremely slowly compared to what you guys will.) If you limit yourself, you'll never get better and you'll always be like: I'll challenge you one day, but not now because I'll lose and I'm crappy.

Ditch that mindset. The screenies you see on this thread are something for you guys to aspire to, not something for you to look at and say: OMG YOU'RE PRO M8, 2 GUD 4 ME.
