turn up the frame rate and animate more slowly, your movie goes so fast you can hardly tell whats happening. you have some talent but you rush your movies, make them longer and spend more time.

Dont post unfinished things...and take more frames to do steps,and Make the feet move when he walks..and slome the framerate...get soundeffects
