I don't think Charrog nerf is necessary as it becomes weak in late-game.

Massing it is viable at top-level and no reason to nerf, it is simply a strategy.

Level 1 healing is useful mostly for removing poison which has won me many games before at top level and level 2 is useful mostly for healing with added benefit of removing poison.

No, charrogs are good the way they are. Maybe make their fire ability cost mana?

1) I suggested late game buffs to charrogs along with early game nerfs
2) Winning by charrog mass is the least engaging victory that exists and is viable in SE

Ele is not fun

1) Spending 350 gold to heal off poison isn't cost effective against chaos when they can just re apply it.

Edit:

1) If Tornado is buffed, I definitely don't think Charrog needs any changes.

1-2 charrogs can do a LOT

Tornado buffs would make cycloid massing over powered and wouldn't do anything about airs sucking and ele not having decent ranged units, in fact, buffing ANOTHER melee unit would make things even worse.

I don't think that would make cycloid mass overpowered. When ele was first released one year ago, cycloids were much better than now, three tornado can kill one tree, and it did special damage to statue. But still not many people used it at that time.
Cycloid mass itself is already difficult. 750 gold for one single unit is expensive, and much more difficult than wing mass.
