Before you vote "No", here are the conditions and assumptions:

- You are fighting whichever version of Batman is more familiar to you. Not any specific universe.

- You are armed with all the comic knowledge on the character, even the movie and tv canons if you prefer. You also have $5 Million dollars to work with.

- You must achieve this within the span of 6 months.

- You can only do what you are capable of doing and what is inherently realistic of your own character. So you can make answers like "I'll use the money to build a mech." But don't expect to be able to pilot that thing with full proficiency, much less how you might possibly have to crowdsource this project which might end up letting Batman know since your Kickstarter page will show up in his Batcomputer.

- The goal is to just punch him and land the hit itself. You don't have to KO him or face him in a fist fight or deal with the consequences. When your fist meets his face, that's it you win.

- You can ambush him, bait him, and even attempt a drive-by, but the only sole requirement is that your human knuckles touch his face. And don't say something stupid like you'll saw your arm off and launch it at him from afar, you know what I'm talking about.

- You can use any method to subdue him but you MUST punch him in the face.

- Punching him as Bruce Wayne is ALLOWED. That is, if you can realistically pull it off.

- Batman in this universe you are taking him on does not trust anyone, not even as Bruce Wayne. As a result, it is impossible to simply ask him if you could punch him in the face and do it.

I have 6 months to investigate the manor, should be enough to sneak in.

Whats all this ridiculous stuff about sneaking into his manor and doing it? The guy has 500 supervillains studying him all the time and they can't break in just when they want to. 6 months and 5 million dollars is not going to be enough to sneak into Wayne Manor. Lets not forget all the sensors and security shit he'll have in there.

The theory of getting actors to mug you and having him rescue you is pretty good, except his reflexes are fast, insanely fast. This is a guy who can catch a baseball bat being swung at his head from behind. He is always aware of a punch coming towards his face.

Getting other supervillains to help you is also a dogdy plan since they can turn on you any time and not help you at all.

There is only one sure way to punch Batman in the face, any Batman. Use the 5 millions dollars and announce in a press conference that you are donating the entire sum of money to a scholarship programme with the Thomas and Martha Wayne Foundation for Orphaned Children. Bruce Wayne will be forced to turn up because it is to do with his parents and foundation and chidren and what not. During the hand-over ceremony, in front of all the cameras and everything else, while he shakes your hand and stop to pose for the camera (involuntarily freezing his own movement) you punch him in the face. Even though his super reflexes might still be able to dodge it, Bruce Wayne will not be able to pull any Batman-type dodging stunt in front of a group of people and on-camera and give away the fact that he's an awesome fighter. Hence, your blow will connect and thy will is done.

It's simple. You kill him. Punch his corpse. Or just incapacitate him in some way if he needs to be alive for this. Shooting him with either bullets or tranquilizer darts and then getting close for the punch shouldn't be too hard.

Or how about use the 5 million to make a really fancy meeting place and place some hidden traps, tranquilizers, nets and anything else to pin him down.. Ill hire a very convincing agent and let him call Bruce Wayne, then make him agree to go to the meeting, once he goes to the meeting place, ill confiscate anything dangerous on him, even if i have to strip him down, then at the middle of the meeting, ill just pin him down with all the tranquilizers, nets, tazers, sleeping powder and whatever, then while he's down, ill call tons of super bodyguards to hold him and then Ill punch him in the face.

You did ask us if we can punch Batman in the face, we're just coming up with ways on how to do it.

Hewitt never stated whether or not other characters in the dc universe may come into play here.

If so, then I'd hire the likes of Bane and perhaps another group of metahumans or supervillains. If they can successfully fight batman long enough to help bane get behind him and hold him back, I'd walk up him and punch him in the face. I mean, at least I should be able to punch batman before he is able to free himself from venom bane's grip. A team of villains such as Jason Todd, Brick, Amazo, Deathstroke etc to accompany Bane (Most if not all their services can be acquired with Money.) should suffice. I would add Vertigo to the team, but I'm not quite sure that his services can be bought over just like that.

If I can't enlist the help of other dc characters though, then I admit that I probably wouldn't be able to punch the batman using only my own tactics and resources without being left vastly injured and crippled. Thus I'd just use the money to my own leisure for 6 months.
