I'm not too good at critiquing so do forgive me if I sound too vague.

Overall there are quite a few issues regarding anatomy. In order of numbering for the more notable ones:

-Dislocated shoulder.
-Disproportionate leg.
-Slipping breast.
-Stick thin neck.

The centre line for the torso seems warped as well, and I can't quite figure it out.

Again, proper construction should fix these issues. Always have the centre line to dictate where features should lie, especially for the face. You can see how I've drawn a boundary to constrain the facial features as well. Other than I've meddled a little with proportions so it looked better (to me) and changed the head angle slightly to keep it interesting. It's not much, and I know I've made more than a few mistakes (you can see I didn't quite follow the guidelines either), but I hope you can get at least something out of this.

Thanks man, I didn't notice any of those things
one thing though, her neck isn't actually thin, it'sthe rest of it is being blocked by her hair, although I probably should have made that more apparent I suppose
edit: actually I really should have picked up on the shoulder thing, I think I did at one point at the beginning and told myself I'd fix it later

I really like this one! The only thing I can complain about is the shoulder. I can't really even tell that the leg proportions are off, and the neck looks fine to me. Perhaps you could've added a shadow or something underneath the hair to help show that it was over it, but idk. You're better at this than I am. I love the markings and the face. Why is the ram spirit in the ocean?

Maybe she's a Capricorn?

Thanks Arch, glad you like it
truth be told I probably did mean to shade that entire neck/collarbone area, but again like the shoulder I put it off and forgot all about it
and azure yes, sure, exactly
