The resell armour idea might not be bad, but as for the trade E-coins thing, people can just continuously make new accounts, play the tutorial, get 50 coins, and send that to their main accounts. So it's unlikely to happen.

Reselling armor is a terrible idea from a developer perspective. You can be satisfied with a simple number of coins before you can trade them in for something else.

This idea can be exploited to infinity and beyond.

Right now if some's account is stolen the worst they can do is elo drop that player or get the account chat banned.
If they don't change the email they won't even keep hold of the account.

Allow people to trade coins however, and stolen accounts will be drained of coins even if the stealer is stupid and doesn't retain control of the account. Introducing coin trading allows a lot more mischief than currently

Also, most days I mod I see someone say their account has been stolen, so clearly it happens.

You can sell the armory but if you do you get half of the price. How about this?

Re selling and only receiving a portion of your coins back sounds good to me, it would also stop players from advertising their password in SE chat because they would want to keep their items and not get griefed.

I'm for the idea of selling armor, I would like this change to be implemented into the game. I have a ton of crap armor that I don't know why I even bought in the first place.

Even for 1/2, it's not a good idea from the developer's perspective. Buy it, keep it. Make purchases permanent. Otherwise, when new cosmetic releases come out, many players can just trade in gold and grab it. Now it's something you want to work for; playing, inviting friends on Facebook, and the real catcher, buying empire coins.

Guys I've bought more empire coins then I'd like to admit and I'm in favor of keeping it. Respect the development team's needs. I mean, why should they make any update to devalue empire coins?

Besides, with the new compounded daily bonus it should be a simple matter to get alot of coins.

imo the devs actually benefit from reselling armor at 1/2 price. You'll get to pretty much test out every armor, but if you keep reselling most of them you'll never actually have all of the armor. Plus when players sell their armors and only get 1/2 price they're actually wasting 1/2 their gold.
