Story:
After losing an RHG tournament which he entered for the money to buy a house, he jumps of a bridge. But a boat containing a Plasmatic Liquid gets in the way of him and his watery death. He lands into Plasmatic Liquid, which is then charged with electricity so that it may stay powerful. That then caused him to be in the hospital. A nurse reads his status and calls the government so that he may be tested on. In his escaped he discovered his powers, which he then adapted to during his training in an abandoned train station. That's when he defined himself as Plasma, the RHG.
