Well I can't delete this extension and I even tried downloading tha adblock in Chrome Webstore but an error occurs. So any ideas on how to get rid of it?

If it's the 'network_failed' error try deleting cookies and cleaning cache, if it doesn't help its possible your Chrome Profile is corrupt. Uninstall Chrome from Programs>Uninstall. Restart your computer and d/l Chrome again.

Seems to be some kind of malware that google can't deal with. After you re-install your chrome make sure to download the adblock plus from the webstore.
