the Story was a little bit weird : how a magician will give his stick to a random person ? xD unless he was watching him for a while and knew he was ready to have it ?
And also for the demo you should put more frame on your movement. those fire, ice and wind effect were great :)

Well its my first animation

Kinda fast making a clan there buddy.

I know people will hate me once again for saying this, but,

Can you not rush things? A lot of people here who own RHG are looking for a good/experienced leader to lead them and host activities and shit.

I'm just stating my opinion here, but why don't you practice and have fun challenging others first, then you improve your clan.

Edit : now for the cnc.

The stick construction is just wrong. Try watching Hyun's tutorial for a minute. We need 10 parts of the stick. That counts the head, body, upper right arm, lower right arm, upper left arm, lower left arm, upper right leg, lower right leg, upper left leg, lower left leg. In your demo I see 6. It's kinda wobbly and disturbing to look at.

Next is the frame by frame.

Try animating the foot (If he stays in position) to not move. It makes him look like he's dancing on the spot while moving the other parts of his body.
This includes the hands too. Don't make it snap like, from one frame it stays on location 1, then on the next frame, it skips to 5.

I think that's about all.
