how do i make credits?!

where can i find any V-Cams?

For credits, it's as simple as a text-based slideshow showing where you got your resources, the people you want to credit (like for support). But if you mean the scrolling thing, then make a column of text, put it in a graphic/movieclip and tween it upwards.

For V-Cam, there are publicly available resources. Like in the description of this video.

And if you're about to ask for more help, compile it all into a big list and edit the OP. And if you want further hand-holding, I'm always on Skype...or not; but there are always other animators within arms reach to ask for help from.
