If you require a place to post .swf files without converting to another format, use http://sta.sh/. All it requires in a devianart account.
There's many alternatives such as Hyun's Dojo, Devianart, Youtube, etc. Depending on the website, you'll need to convert your animation into a video format though.

You can also use Fileize.com if you don't want to use an account
