-Has a dagger in case he ever really needs it

Weaknesses:
-He is weak as hell
-Althought he can heal quickly from cuts, blunt attacks hurt more
-Can't move that fast
-A strong enough hit can forcibly shift his limbs

About:
Damian was just a boy when he got hit by a truck. The impact broke every bone in his body. Just like with Humpty Dumpty, scientists just couldn't put him back together. They tried, but he never had the same body as before the incident. Either way, he enjoyed his new body. He was able to bend his body in ways no one else could, and because of the gaps in his joints, he could forcibly stretch out his body. His skin liquifies whenever he shifts out his bones, and his anatomy changed so that it works no matter where his limbs are. Ever since he got his new body, he has been bring justice upon all the inhabitants of the RHG community.

Also, forgot to mention, he can't wear clothes because of his skin.

He's basically naked at all time.

He's the nude harbringer of justice.

Mr. Pix is stretchy to the max. This guy's only a little stretchy, his main power is being able to move his anatomy however he likes. He can dodge a punch to the head by having his head shoot down his back, swing around and headbutt the guy in the chin.

Nice RHG but the weakness "he's weak as hell" isn't too strong for your RHG ? (i mean with this weakness you can't do anything if you RHG is to weak)

He's strong enough to inflict damage, but he's not strong enough to do things like wear armor, and weapons heavier than his dagger are a bit too cumbersome for him.
