Drifts on Newgrounds. Saw his RHG battles and stalked that shit to Fluidanims then to stickpage.
My first encounter with Stickpage was like fucking so many years ago that I don't remember. My friend in 4th grade showed me it so we could play games.

This is closely related to how I got animating as well.
In elementary school they gave me this disc with a shit ton of flash games on it as an end of year gift for third grade or fourth grade, I can't quite remember. One of these 'games' was pivot. I opened up this weird 'game', and fiddled around with the stick figure on screen. My younger self could not understand what this was or what it did, and I got bored quickly and forgot about it.
Now lets jump a few years later:
I used play flash games on this site called Y8 as a kid. Then I found out it had an illusive 'ANIMATIONS' section. There I found a collection of xiao xiao animations and the shock series by phil. I still vividly remember the look on my face when I finished watching shock 3, and I promised myself that one day I'll animate this good. I then remembered pivot thanks to my younger brother who was fiddling around with it, and being older I realized that there was much more to this 'game' than it seemed to me. I could animate in this.
This, the links on the shock swf, and my stickfigure animation marathons on youtube led to me finding fluidanims just before the merge (which I was banned from within one day) and later finding stickpage and joining.
Which brings us to today, about three years later, a much better animator, a more respected SP member, and a 16 year old stressed with higschool and worried about his future.

I was looking on Google for shift head 5 and found stickpage.
At the same time as that I was rly getting into Phil's animations and when I realized stickpage had a forum where I could post my shit, I created an account.
Now, I didin't like pivot that much so when I heard about flash I illegally downl...... I mean bought it (duh) and started animating!
PS: I had pivot since 2009 and am considering myself a high intermediate pivot animator.

I remember typing something in google years ago relating to either fighting animations or flash games when I found this site. I don't remember how long ago it was, but I'm certain that it was before the merge between FA and Stickpage. Eventually I forgot about this site. Years later I bumped into some RHG videos on Youtube and followed the trail back to FA, but almost as soon as I started to figure out what the whole RHG thing was, FA had merged with Stickpage. I popped in time to time to see how this place was doing, checking out the forums and seeing the different fighters that people came up with. Eventually I said fuck it and made an account and soon after made a cringe worthy introduction thread. I got an infraction about 30 minutes after I made my account by bumping an older thread, not a great way to start out.

I found this site cause I was at my cousins house a few years ago and he was on it . Then a few years later ( 2 years ) I remembered a game that I played on it and wanted to play it again and that's how i found the forums . Also the cousin that I saw on it is now in the marines or something like that .

Okay... So let's start.
I watched Hyun's stick figure spotlight, and was like, "WOW! I want to watch moree."
So.. I looked around his videos, and found this thing called RHG.
I feel in love, and started searching around youtube to find more RHG
My favorites were Hyun, KidKei, Camila, and Oxob. The big four.
So eventually, I found about stickpage.
And that is how I came here!

First, I found out about Hyun's Drunken Stick animation while I was surfing Youtube.
I watched more of his videos, then I came to StickPage and stuck around there for a while.
Finally, my eyes caught sight of the StickPage forums website.
