The Ele empire was something CJ and Brock planned and developed for a long time before their release; for over a year in fact.

Sorry guys just finished the ideas, just need to use Pivot to make the ideas real images. It's kinda hurtful that I've got 4 people who don't like the idea already. :(

That's all cosmetic and added on, their default armor doesn't look like anything native.
