Name: Jane
AKA: The Frozen Moon or Calamity Queen

Abilities
She can control ice and water
She can fully turn her body into ice or water at will she uses this ability to slip under doors or prevent physical attacks
By manipulating the moisture in the atmosphere she can make clone illusions
She wields a Gerber Machete Pro (a curved machete, google it) that she is rather skilled with
Expert Muay Thai (martial art) fighter

Weaknesses
Fire or any kind of extreme heat
She can't create ice out of thin air she needs to first freeze water
While she can gather water from the air she can't gather too much of it or she can't gather it fast
She can't control the water inside of humans
She wears an necklace that has a clear ball with dark purple stuff floating around inside that she is VERY protective of
Shes kind of new at using her powers so sometimes they may fail or not work the way she wants
While her body is in ice or water form. She can't control other sources of water or ice or hold her machete
Her clones cannot attack and are merely used to confuse the enemy

History
She was once a shy girl by day but a vicious serial killer known as Calamity Woman by night. She was called this because she would asphyxiate her victim and then plant a bomb in their body so whenever the cops get near she could blow them up and possibly erase any evidence. She joined Atropos' army when it was first beginning. Atropos needed someone to guard her soul, she picked Jane because she was simply the first one to stand up. While Atropos no longer existed physically she could speak with Jane through the necklace she wears around her neck. Atropos gave Jane the power of ice and water and ever since then she has been training her powers but she gained a whole new personality from the powers as well. Due to the fact that Atropos speaks to Jane through the necklace Jane is the figurehead leader of PLUTO.

Personality
She is a psycho. Her favorite activity is watching people be choked or drown and it is also her favorite way to kill people. She laughs at everything and is a real chatterbox. She likes talking while in the middle of a fight and even teases her opponent or flirt with them regardless of sex. Shes been known to sexually harass and assault her opponents. While she has no kind of moral compass she sometimes enjoys enemies who fight till the end and fights cleanly with no dirty tricks even though she pulls them any chance she gets. She takes hostages, fights dirty, and pretends to be defeated.

Appearance
She is about 5'6 and weighs 136 lbs. She has tanned white skin with crystal blue eyes and rather long white hair the she wears in a ponytail. She wears a black crop top that has a skull with wings on it and blue skinny jeans with black combat boots. She doesn't have a sheath for her machete she just causally carries it around with her.

Okay, i took out some spells that i honestly would probably never use and tweaked the blood point system reducded the maximum amount to 1000 and increased the amount of BP she'd have to spend to cast spells and i tweaked her weaknesses a little bit. Her story is based upon actually Greek mythology (minus the whole coming to Earth part) and her energetic personality is just fun.

So what stops Atropos from just sacrificing her opponents?

Look, it's not the amount of blood points that's the problem. It's the very concept of it. You shouldn't use quantitative values. You should use qualitative. You shouldn't say "This takes out X amount of points from a Y amount of a resource" it should be, she has a limited amount of (blood, in this case) that she uses to cast spell, Odisse (for example) is far more taxing on her than others and can only be cast a few times before she is unable to use spells and needs to sacrifice something.

Also, your "Spell's Weaknesses" section should be added as details to your spells. You shouldn't make your reader have to look in two different places for one ability.

And I understood the story from Greek Mythology (in fact I enjoy reading Greek mythology), and it seems ridiculous to me that someone who's very job is to kill people would have a lively personality. If I told you Hades likes long walks on the beach you'd slap me with the nearest copy of the Odyssey and tell me I'm an uncultured, idiotic swine. You are taking someone who just passively kills people and having them enjoy life. It's conceptually absurd.

I think Mal already gave you the peep talk and he does have some really good arguments on how to make this character better. But the main thing still is

Use Quantitative Values!

That way not only it gives a bit more depth to the character (Ex one spell might cost more than another one, so this might hint towards what spells she favors the most) and it also helps the opponent, in a way that they actually know how to portrait your gladiator in the best possible way, making for a very enjoyable read.

All and all, it's a decent concept and it has its pros and cons, which I won't go into detail cause Mal already did. I really love that its really balanced so this might make for a really good opponent in the near future.
Anyways...

I Rate this character 8/10 Teemos! Good Luck!

One thing I dislike is when characters try to have multiple powers to deal with multiple things, instead of having one or two creative, malleable powers that can cover all those bases.

If something is weak to fire, you use "Ignibus", if something's weak to ice, you use "Glaciem", if it's electricity, use "Eradamus". Blech. Though, I must admit, your weaknesses do balance all of this out nicely.

Y'know, I don't mind this. Good character.

Also, "shes half moth." It's "She's", as in 'she is', 'she is half moth.'

Quote from DelorMaximus

Use Quantitative Values!

I wil fite yu, feget.
While I loathe the very concept of quantitative values (which as Dragonball Z taught us, mean nothing), Delor brings up the valid point that it does grant uniqueness.
But, it's a uniqueness I would find tedious to write in a story.

I changed my WRHG character and instead of making a new post I decided to just edit the one I already had.

*headbutts the table*
Why can't you keep to one character?!
CnC up and coming... oh me oh my.
Edit: The problem I have with your character are the weaknesses. I'll let someone else eventually berate you over the smaller things like how it's "moral compass" not "morale compass."
So, you say she can't be in the sun for too long but you don't say why. Also, having a normal teenage body is in no way a weakness. Being human and default is not a weakness. Otherwise... it's fine I guess.

well i started actually using Atropos for a battle once and it was really difficult and really boring. So i made Jane to give me more freedom and fun.
