Velocity control allows him to slow, speed up, or instantaneously stop anything in range. He can levitate with this power though only for a short period of time. Anyone within his range can be picked up and levitated for about 2 seconds.

Dual sword that can split into 2 individual swords

Can not use his velocity control for long periods of time. He has low stamina. He gets cocky in battle. He hates not fighting with his weapons.
Story:
Gannicus is a bounty hunter that tracks down only the highest rewarded bounties. He believes he is better than anyone and everyone and that he can not be killed. He eagerly awaits any bounty that outputs a high enough payload.
About:
Gannicus is arrogant and always relaxed. He is a skilled assassin and bounty hunter. He rarely smiles(aside smirking) and is a cold heart-ed person.
