Is this gonna turn into some kind of an argument thread?
I choose Flash (or any good raster/vector animating softwares) because people need to start animating better. No more stick figure stuff... unless you just wanna do animations as your hobby and just doing stick figure stuff.

We've had this thread multiple times already- I don't think it needs to come back.

Stickpage isn't about 3D animation programs.

It's about animating in general, I don't see why Stickpage wouldn't be about 3D animation. WWhiteSShadow has made(and won) multiple RHG fights with a 3D program and if Lucasbode was still around I bet he would've made the frontpage multiple times by now. Also he was in doors, so you could basically say that Stickpage is more about 3D animating than it is about Pivot since there are absolutely no Pivot animations on the frontpage at all.

(Implying he makes fun of Pivot community) Oh shit! Waffle! XD [sub](Well, maybe he's not making fun of some people. I'm just having fun. :3)[/sub]

I literally can't find any reason someone would vote for pivot other than it being free.
Even that isn't a good reason because technically all programs arghhhhhhh.

Another reason is that it's easier to get started with pivot, and when I mean get started I mean get the grasp of the program. At the very start, you are merely given a poseable figure, basic keyframe functionality and the encouragement of acutelatios giving you some freshly-baked pie. With that out of the way, you can focus on figuring out how to move that figure in a manner that satisfies you and maybe try those other functions when you're ready to try more things.Quote from RootI literally can't find any reason someone would vote for pivot other than it being free.

And Flash seems to be cursed to crash frequently, or so rumors say. Ctrl+S saves lives, everyone!

Pivot is better to start with, Flash is better if you plan on expanding your hobby.
