Movements are too quick and unrealistic, you need to use easing and anticipation. Have him leaning back like he is charging his punch, to release it in a quick motion. Look in the tutorial section for some good tutorials.
EDIT: Your movements should look somewhat like this. I did this quick for an example so its not very good, but look at how he charges up his punch, then in one frame he releases it and then he eases back to his original position. Of course, in a fight you wouldn't ease back to your original position but he would ease his arm a tad bit. Also, my movements are kind of exaggerated, yours shouldn't look exactly like mine. Hope this helped a bit :D
