Exhaustion adds -5 to your rolls. So its like one of your skills are reduced by 5 points

Devour quick question, if the deathpod kills one of us will the other teammates be able to pick up our weapon or will it remain inside the deathpod sealed away from them?

Not sure if being wounded does anything but damage. I think Mike is more reliable since Camila's rolls will result with a -5. Added Aquila since he is the third and the next reliable if being wounded actually DOES something if I can't heal in this room.
