Well 1 it looks like he's tip toeing when he's running put it fully on the ground and 2 the punches in the middle of the arms look like he's spazzing out or something

Don't need to double frame at all double framing can make a animation very choppy. Only at certain points like at the end of a punch or kick should you double frame to give it more recognition.
Of course this animation is perfectly fine with timing so no need to double frame.

Double framing can be used for any relatively slow movement, not just at the end of a punch or kick. It also depends on how you frame your movements. Basically what I'm saying is that xscatterx doesn't know what he's talking about

I'd suggest posting it in Community Animations and ask for CnC from the ones who know what they're talking about..
edit: Ops, didn't saw drone answering. He knows what he's talking about, so you can listen to him, but still, it'd better if you post it in the Community Animations' section and ask for a full CnC.
