Okay in law we are doing stuff on the rights of the disabled. We were watching a video were severely mentally disabled people were sterilized at a young age. This is especially the case with the females.

Then we read through various newspaper articles, where in Australia there are currently three cases going on where either the parents of the disabled child is seeking compensation in regards to wrongful birth which is were they are saying that they would of aborted the child if the doctor had given them all of the information.

Then in one of the cases a child is suing the parent on the grounds of wrongful life were they are pretty much saying that it was wrong for them not to be aborted.

Discus what you think about the rights that I has said above.

The topic is harsh. The point is that nobody can be allowed to judge about letting live or not letting live. It's only the disabled himself who's got the right. In execution that means either arrange with it, or suicide. Or euthanasia, if the person himself isn't able to kill himself for physical reasons. That is that and that's also my point on the "wrongful birth" thing. Parents going around saying they would have gotten that baby hammered had they known it was going to be disabled is self-centered bullshit.
However, wrongful birth is something different. It's understandable but not reasonable. Accusing their parents of having made a mistake when they did not abort not only slams a bat into the knees of pro-life but is also highly morally questionable since that again is a decision the parents have to make, not yours. Pack your stuff and leave this world if you don't like it.

It's hard to talk about neutering the disabled and I ain't got an opinion on that. You can't take the right of reproduction off someone, if they want a child, let them have one if they can carry the consequences. Or bury them, if the child grows to be a wrongful birth dick.
Or, just neuter then while their sleeping and lie to them when they ask why they can't get kids. The mentally disabled wouldn't notice anyway.

But they have also neutered people with Cerabal-palsy. These children the go and sue the parents as the decission was made with out their consent.
