Children don't have the same capacity for free-thinking adults do, and thus, they're usually the ones given IEDs and whatnot, since they're not capable of putting two and two together.

It's just another precautionary measure.

On topic though, yeah, there should be some material censored for the fact that if it isn't it kind of encourages that behavior, but who draws the line and where?

That's really where any censorship issue ends

I agree with you. Just imagine if A Clockwork Orange's nudity and profanity scenes were censored, Anthony Burgess' and Stanley Kubrick's couldn't deliver half of a book/movie those were. In my opinion, censorship should only be used in hate speechs and tutorials to make weapons n' such like Nish said
