Try rotoscoping some of the individual movements here. Then use the resulting .pivs as reference until you can animate them independently. This way you will develop your own style, with a good foundation to start with.

Watch easing, flow and all other tutorials. or just read Zed's pivot tutorial. Its pretty help ful.
