Doctor Locklear was raised by a homeless man that was hated by many people, when Locklear was 16, his father died in a car crash, leaving Locklear all alone. When he was 20, Locklear started following Satan and realized he loved inflicting pain on others. He got into dozens of fights, but a dangerous one up on a rooftop left him bleeding without his left arm. Then Locklear got his arm removed and got a new one with wood, but he then replaced it with a grappling hook. He later on got a surgery with his right hand to replace his nails with metal claws. When he was 25, he has a dream to join RHG and to kill his enemies who dare get in his way. Currently he
is held in a asylum and has hopes to become a doctor.
Weapons
Grappling Hook-
With this, he can grab his enemies and either choke them or throw them very far distances.
Claws-
Locklear can stab people, leaving them with brutal scars.
Chain-
He can whip and chain people with this.
Axe-
Using this weapon, he can cut off limbs and even chop off metal.
Weaknesses
1. Light, Locklear loves the dark, and he becomes slow and weak.
2. Heat, Locklear's main weakness is heat, and he can have fatigue and sometimes even get paralyzed.
3. Christians, this doesn't even make him weak, it makes him more eager to fight, since he follows Satan.
