There's this chart I recall, but keep in mind that this is at 18 fps, I don't know your frame rate.

He's around 17 frame rate.

No I'm pretty sure I animated that GIF at 18fps since I made it and it would be at least 17.9 fps because pivot 4's a little bitch with FPS rounding.

I really like ur joint with POWER, but POWER's part is better .. :D
